Juliet Lawson has been in the music business longer than she cares to remember. Her first album, Boo, was released way back in 1973 to much critical acclaim and sales success.

She released further albums, composed music for television and even wrote a musical which was staged in London. In putting together a new compilation album Juliet realised that she had written over 150 songs and so was born an idea - to promote Juliet as a songwriter for other artists.

Juliet has only recorded a fraction of her output - there are literally dozens of songs covering a range of moods and tempos, and since she writes about life, love and relationships her songs have a timeless contemporary feel.

Juliet has recorded a number of her songs for this website in a simple unplugged manner - after all it's the songs that count.
